• Attempting to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the original appointment value.

• Late arrivals (10 minutes or later) will automatically forfeit their appointment and 100% of the original value is payable. If you are running a couple of minutes late please contact us immediately to let us know.

• NO SHOWS are required to pay 100% of their original appointment value within 24 hours or they forfeit any future bookings.
